Women Issues Support Groups
Provides an opportunity to share their life experiences and seek their own
solutions in an atmosphere of trust and support. We encourage the strength
and inner wisdom of women so that they may make decisions necessary to live
a fulfilling life. Reading material pertaining to the transpersonal development
of women is discussed and may be applied toward personal growth.
Self Esteem Groups
Focuses on the appreciation of who you are and what you think. Be prepared
to share with others, via nurturing exercises, your talents and strengths
in a loving atmosphere. Techniques for maintaining high esteem are practiced
so that they can be used on a daily basis.
Intuition Workshops
Enhances your ability to discover the hidden language of your intuition
and how to interpret this language for use in your life. You will learn
intuitive skills and practice these skills with other members in a relaxed
and friendly setting.
Creativity Seminars
Brings out your spirit of expression by using journalling, dancing and acting
to connect with your higher and creative source. No dance or acting experience
is necessary, just a desire to express your creative Divine Feminine nature
with other women.
Cinema Therapy Groups
Emphasizes film as a tool of psychological and sociological understanding
the journeys of other women and the choices they made to control their destinies.
After viewing, we will explore their journeys and relate them to our own
personal paths of destiny.
Sacred Movement Classes
Explores and expresses the Divine Feminine through movement. Women will
have the opportunity to choreograph and share in a non-judgmental environment
their own sacred self using their favorite music. No dance experience required,
just a desire to express your sacred, divine and spiritual self.
Divine Feminine Drama Courses
Uses playfulness to create a fun mood for story telling and acting. Prewritten
scripts will be used and women will write their own scripts to a particular
situation acting the ending they would like to see happen. Group members
will join in acting each other's scenarios. No acting experience necessary,
just the wish to rehearse your life as you would like to see it happen.
